The Eagle Plains / Wiley Airport is located on the Dempster Highway (the highway runs down the runway) at Km 389, with no communities nearby, and no facilities. The Eagle Plains Lodge is 20 km (12.4 mi) south. The airport is at 66° 29' 28" N, 136° 34' 24" W, at an elevation of 2,365 feet. There is a single gravel runway, 2,500 feet x 60 feet.
