Campgrounds and Rest Areas in the Yukon

    The Carcross Desert Rest Area, built in 2014, is located at Km 107.7 of the South Klondike Highway. The desert, often called "The World's Smallest Desert," is a very popular stop along the highway year-round.

You won't see many of these signs in the Yukon, but there is one at the Carcross Desert.
