This large gravel rest area is located at Km 1547.5 of the Alaska Highway. It has outhouses, garbage bins, interpretive panels and a walking trail along an original section of the Alaska Highway.

Just north of the west end of the bridge is a log cabin that served as a roadhouse and store
during the 1904 Kluane Gold Rush.
