This large gravel pullout is located at Km 1454 of the Alaska Highway. It has no facilities. Two interpretive signs, about the Overland Trail, and famous local Elijah Smith Tämey.

This pullout is a place to rest for as long as you need, but park off to one end, out of the way of the mailboxes in particular.
