Association of Canadian Universities for Northern Studies
A coordinating agency for northern studies programs in Canada - the Web site says little.

Circumpolar Universities Association
The association was formed to facilitate research and higher education in the North, but you would never know it from their Web site - although large, any place where there may be solid information is password-protected!
