Cutting trees to get a view on property like this is always a tough balance. How much can I cut without losing any privacy? I think I’ve got it now – not as impressive as the cabin’s view but not too bad either. Particularly when 16 months ago there was no view at all except trees. I love the changing light on Golden Horn – it’s a different mountain each time I look at it. This is the view right now from the breakfast nook.
